Give to help seniors in Guyandotte high-rise

Give a Special Gift Today!

Each year, St. Mary’s employees and volunteers provide a free holiday dinner and care items to the senior residents who live at Riverview East high-rise in Guyandotte.

The men and women at the high-rise live on limited incomes and have no food service in their building. They have become friends of St. Mary’s, and volunteer services needs your help to ensure they have a wonderful holiday season with a free meal and the items they need. St. Mary’s Food and Nutrition Services will provide dinner for the residents.

To do this, your help is needed. Consider a special gift today for the high-rise project.

The goal this year is to raise more than $3,000. The money will be used to purchase cash cards for residents to pay for items they need, such as medication, clothing, toiletries, etc., as well as stock the pantry located at the high rise with non perishable food items for residents. Employees may bring cash or check donations to the volunteer services department located behind Espresso Mojo. Checks should be made to either St. Mary’s Auxiliary or St. Mary’s Foundation. Be sure to write High Rise in the memo line.

You can also give via payroll deduction here.
